Q. I'd like my items delivered, can this be aranged?
A. Delivery of any single item to most parts of mainland UK for £60 + VAT. Please contact us for a quote or click on the icon below for Abbey Antiques.

Q. How do I save pictures from the web site to print out and show my clients?
A. Follow these simple instructions -
1. Open up the web page that you want to copy the photo from
2. Position your cursor arrow above the photo you want to download
3. Click once on the right hand mouse button - a menu will pop up - select "Save Picture As" from this list
4. A new box will open - select where you want to save the photo by clicking on the "Save In" menu at the top of the screen
5. Once downloaded, you can attach the photo to an e-mail or print out.
Q. What currency are the prices in?
A. All prices are in pounds sterling.
Q. Can the lights be electrified?
A. Yes, but all electric lights are sold as non-working and must be rewired to the country of destination's statutory specifications by a qualified electrician.
Q. What is the minimum order?
A. No minimum order value.
Q. Will all the items I order be available?
A. All items are offered subject unsold, we will confirm availability on receipt of your order.
Q. What about collection?
A. To ensure safe dispatch all goods are Ex Depot - you arrange collection from us. Delivery of any single item to most parts of mainland UK from £50. Customers abroad can also have any single item delivered to any UK shipper from £50.
Q. Who will collect my order
A. Most major Shippers already collect from us or by arrangement you can collect from us.
Q. When will I get the collection address?
A. We will give you full collection details when we confirm your order
Q. How do I place my order?
A. Make a note of the Ref/# of the items you require and then e-mail, fax or phone your order to us.
Q. I don't like buying on-line, do you sell anywhere else?
A. We exhibit at Newark and Ardingly antique fairs - click here for the trade fairs listing and Trade buyers can visit our kent showrooms, strictly by appointment.
Q. How are the items measured?
A. All measurements are approximate and in inches.
Q. How old are the items?
A. Generally most items are from the 19th and 20th centuries.
